MEET CHRISTOPHER BARROWS
Mr. Barrows has served in leadership positions in every aspect of his life. As the first Judge of Hamilton County Superior Court 9, he will continue to serve and lead by example providing Hamilton County with experience, integrity and community grounded judicial leadership.
